MAYB Nationals- Edmond, OK

Won all three pool games . Beat a very good SD Wild team, then fell to the OK Blue Angels. Lost final game to SCUHoops- Crawford.

Show-Me State Games- Columbia, MO- 14U Competitive

Won our first 2 pool games (beating last years gold medalist team). Lost 3rd game to the scrappy Liberty Pumas. Beat the Hurricanes to advance to championship game. Pumas got the Cats again. Medal winner again- Silver  !!!

Miss Basketball Invitational- The Big Show- Kearney, Nebraska- July 5,6,7,8

5 wins- 1 loss- Made it to the Elite Eight. Went undefeated in pool play- played 10th grade teams: ECI Minnesota, Colorado Lady Hawks, and Iowa Elite.

KU Round Robin- JV (Highly Competitive Div.)- June 30

4 games- 4 wins. Won every game by more than 20 points.

MAYB KC Premiere 9/10th Grade- June 22-24

3rd Place- Went undefeated in our pool play. Lost first game in bracket play which put us playing for third. Nelly tied the game with a steal and then scored. Sydney sealed the win with free throws in overtime. A total team effort. Medaling against girls 2 and 3 years older- great job girls.

Summer Kickoff- MAYB Wichita- June 8-10

4th Place !!- Great job girls. We played 6 games in 44 hours with only 6/7 players. Lost 3 games by a total of only 7 points.

Battle of the Border   -   June 2 & 3

Strong Tournament - We made the Elite 8 The girls played very hard !

Metro Sports Elite (not) Tournament

This Tournament was touted as the best of the midwest. It wasn't - We beat every team by over 20 points and had our 5th graders play in almost every game. Tia - Maria - Lexie and Dayna played and held their own against the 8th graders in this tournament.  Champions!

3rd Place - Lost to 9th Grade Sting by 3 in the semi-finals.  Bronze medal winners!!!

          the 8th grade Top Division.

              Blue Valley  Crunch (41-34)(48-32)(48-43), Olathe Lady Cats,
              Blue Streaks, Lady Vikings (52-47)(52-48).
        *Beat every Top 8th grade team in Kansas City at least once during the
          year and WON the 8th GRADE  League CHAMPIONSHIP!
